How do I add the baby's name?
Type it in the name box on the product page. We will also message you on WhatsApp to confirm the spelling and your colours before we start.
How long does a personalised gift take?
Frames, flower boxes and stands are ready in 3–4 days. Fully custom designs take about 7 days. Crochet toys and Eau My BB are in stock and ready to ship.
I need it for a specific date. Can you make it in time?
Message us with your date before you order and we will tell you honestly whether we can make it. For baby showers, we recommend booking a week ahead.
How can I pay?
By card at checkout, or cash on delivery.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Only for orders with a baby's name, paid by cash on delivery. Because each one is made for one baby, we send you a secure deposit link on WhatsApp and begin once it is paid:
- Crochet toys with name embroidery: 50 AED
- Personalised frames, gift boxes and stands: 150 AED
The deposit is deducted from your total, and you pay the rest in cash on delivery.
No deposit is needed for crochet toys without a name, for Eau My BB, or for any order paid by card at checkout.
Where do you deliver, and how much does it cost?
We deliver across the UAE. Delivery is free on orders over 249 AED.
Can I add a toy or Eau My BB to a gift box?
Yes. Add both to your cart and tell us on WhatsApp that you want them packed together.
Do you make gifts for companies, hospitals or events?
Yes, we prepare larger orders for corporate gifting, hospital welcome gifts and events. Contact us with your quantity and date.
Can I return a personalised gift?
Personalised items are made for one baby, so please check the name carefully when we confirm it with you. For everything else, see our Return and Refund policy.
